This document is a working draft prepared alongside the website build. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and should not be treated as legal advice or as a complete statement of obligations. It must be reviewed and approved before the site goes live.
What we collect
We collect only the information you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your company name, the service area you selected, an optional budget range, and your project description. We also collect the usage statistics described below under “Cookies and analytics”, but only if you allow it. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies on this website.
Why we collect it
The sole purpose is to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to communicate about that work. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics (provider: Google) is optional. Its purpose is site traffic measurement, page usage, traffic and acquisition source, and interaction statistics. Unless you allow analytics, Google Analytics is never loaded and no request is sent to Google. If you allow it, the following first-party cookies are used.

Your control over analytics consent
Analytics can be rejected, in which case Google Analytics never runs at all. If you allow it, you can withdraw that consent later through the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer. Withdrawing stops collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies listed above from your browser where technically possible. In Kodkesh's current configuration Google Analytics does not enable advertising or marketing cookies: Google Ads, remarketing and ad personalization features are off. Analytics data is processed by Google, and that processing may take place outside Türkiye. Separately from Google Analytics, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-first traffic and performance measurement — it sets no cookies, needs no consent, and does not identify visitors. Your cookie preference is stored locally in your browser, contains no personal data, and is never used for analytics.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by email through our transactional email provider. That provider processes the message in order to deliver it. The website is hosted by our hosting provider, which processes standard server request data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of business correspondence. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the contact address on this site and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
