Personal data processed
Identity and contact data submitted through the contact form: name, email address, and optionally company name. Additional information you choose to include in your project description. If you allow analytics, cookie-based identifiers generated by Google Analytics are also processed, together with usage data such as browser, device and approximate location. If you do not allow it, none of that data is collected.
Purpose of processing
To evaluate and respond to your enquiry, to carry out pre-contractual communication, and to manage the resulting business relationship if one is established.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent given when submitting the form, and where applicable on the legitimate interest of responding to a commercial enquiry and on the necessity of processing for pre-contractual steps. The only legal basis for processing analytics data is the explicit consent you give through the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.
Transfer of data
Your message is transmitted through a transactional email service provider in order to reach us. This may involve processing outside Türkiye. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics data is processed by Google and that processing may also take place outside Türkiye; if you do not, no data is transferred to Google at all. Apart from these two, no data is transferred to third parties for any other purpose.
Your rights under Article 11
You may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, request correction or deletion, request notification of such actions to third parties, object to conclusions drawn solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
